Toxicology

We offer a full range of GLP-compliant toxicology studies to assess the safety of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and medical devices.

Single and Repeat Dose Toxicity

Evaluating the short-term and long-term harmful effects of substances on living organisms. This includes single-dose studies in rodents, as well as repeat-dose studies conducted over periods like 7-14 days, 28 days, 90 days, and extended chronic studies up to 180 days. We also conduct repeat-dose inhalation studies.

Irritation & Sensitization Tests

Assessing potential skin and eye irritation, and identifying substances that might cause allergic reactions (skin sensitization) through methods like the Guinea Pig Maximization Test (GPMT) and Buehler Test.

Genetic Toxicity (Genotoxicity)

Investigating whether a substance can cause damage to genetic material (DNA, Gene, Chromosomes). This includes various in vitro (cell-based) and in vivo (animal-based) assays such as the Ames Assay (Reverse Mutation), Micronucleus Test (MNT), Chromosomal Aberration Assay, and In vitro Mammalian Gene Mutation Assay.

Reproductive & Developmental Toxicity

Studying the potential adverse effects of substances on fertility, pregnancy, and the development of offspring. This encompasses and assessments of male and female fertility, embryo-foetal development studies in rodents and rabbits, and Extended One Generation Reproductive Toxicity (EOGRT).

Inhalation Toxicity

Evaluating the harmful effects of substances when inhaled in a single or repeatedexposure.
